Court proceedings underway
A 25-year-old man from Bow Street is facing multiple charges related to the supply of cannabis in Aberystwyth. Joshua Edwards, of 10 Tregerddan, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 2 September to face allegations concerning the possession and distribution of the substance.
The charges
According to court documents, the charges against Edwards include:
* Possession of 1.44kg of cannabis with intent to supply, dated 19 October 2023. * Possession of 532g of cannabis with intent to supply, charged jointly with Euan Daniels, dated 31 January 2024. * Being concerned in the supply of 1.976g of cannabis between 18 October 2023 and 1 February 2024.
Edwards has been remanded on unconditional bail and is scheduled to appear at Swansea Crown Court on 2 October for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
