Police Operation in Leamington
Four individuals have been charged following a police operation that uncovered a cannabis cultivation site located beneath a nail salon on Regent Street in Leamington Spa.
Warwickshire Police confirmed that the four defendants, two men and two women, appeared at Coventry Magistrates Court on 18 September. All four face charges related to the production of cannabis.
Details of the Charges
The individuals charged are:
* Trang Nguyen, 36, of Regent Street: Charged with production of cannabis and possession of cannabis with intent to supply. * Toam Phain, 43, of Portland Street: Charged with production of cannabis and acquiring, using, or possessing criminal property. * Thong Phain, 32, of Bath Row, Birmingham: Charged with production of cannabis. * Kieu Tran, 45, of Livingstone Road, Birmingham: Charged with production of cannabis.
