Police raid in County Armagh

A man in his 30s remains in police custody following the discovery of a large-scale cannabis cultivation site in Moy. Officers from the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) executed a search warrant at a property in the Ardean Manor area on Friday, 17 July 2026.

During the operation, officers seized approximately 300 cannabis plants. The individual arrested faces multiple charges, including:

* Cultivation of cannabis * Possession of a Class B controlled drug * Possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply * Being concerned in the supply of a Class B controlled drug

Ongoing investigation

A PSNI spokesperson stated that targeting the supply of illegal drugs remains a priority for the force. The investigation is currently ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with relevant information to come forward.
