The AISVAPE GLORA takes a different approach from conventional dry herb vaporizers. Rather than an exposed metal heating chamber, the element is sealed inside a quartz glass cup, with a transparent window so the heating process can be observed directly. No cotton or ceramic fibre is used around the element. In our testing, that simpler structure produced a cleaner, more consistent session than we typically see from metal-chamber devices in this part of the market.
Unboxing and accessories
The GLORA is well packaged and arrives with a practical set of accessories: a storage bag, herb jar, packing tool, cleaning brush, spare filter screens and alcohol wipes. That is more considered than the token brush included with many budget portables, and it leaves the device ready to use from the outset.
Heating and temperature control
Heat-up is rapid. The GLORA offers five temperature levels — 180, 195, 210, 225 and 240°C — and moving between them is straightforward. The display is clear and easy to read, which made it simple for us to adjust settings during a session rather than remaining on a single preset.
The viewing window is more than a visual flourish. Being able to watch the quartz chamber provides useful feedback on when the device has reached temperature, and it makes the heating process easier to follow.
Airflow and vapour
Airflow follows a direct path from the bottom intake to the mouthpiece, finished with a 12mm quartz tip. We found the draw smooth: it is not restricted or overly hot in the way cheaper metal chambers often are, and the vapour is comparatively clean.
Temperature is controlled using the resistance characteristics of the heating element rather than a sensor inside the chamber. The practical result, in our use, was consistent heat and an uncluttered heating structure.
Battery
Power comes from a replaceable 21700 cell rated at 5000mAh, charged via USB-C. A swappable battery is a practical advantage for long-term ownership. When a sealed cell fails, many portables have to be discarded; the GLORA can take a replacement.
Drawbacks
The gauze can allow small pieces of residue through. It does not materially affect the session, and spare screens are included in the kit, but it is noticeable. A slightly finer mesh would address it. Beyond that, we had few complaints.
Verdict
The GLORA is not an attempt to rival a flagship such as the Storz & Bickel Venty, nor does it need to be. It is a well-specified, straightforward dry herb vaporizer for legal herbal use, distinguished by its quartz chamber, visible heating and replaceable battery. After using the device, we would recommend it to readers who value a clean draw, rapid heat-up and simple temperature control — with that one modest caveat around the gauze.
